6 months have flown by and once again it’s time to announce the next grading. Thursday 30th April 19:oo to 20:30 followed by our traditional meal at Brasilian Rodizio restaurant!

We are proud to announce that Olly, or Ollie as he is sometimes known (does anyone know the correct spelling?) will be teaching his inimitable brand of world-class Brasilian Jiu-Jitsu at our humble Croydon academy.

Yes it’s true folks; last week I received an email from easyGym saying that from Friday 17th October 2014 there would be no more BJJ and no MMA studio.
Feedback from the students is one of massive disappointment with easyGym for not trying harder to promote classes but from various discussions some are going to come over to train at Frith Road!

And when he’s not teaching at his school he is in the salubrious neighbourhood of Knightsbridge assisting the effervescent sensei and friend Lucio (Lagarto) Rodrigues, one of my old teachers going back years!
I highly recommend Paul as one of the best teachers and nicest person I’ve met on my BJJ journey which is why I’d like anyone free that day to enjoy a fabulous workshop with him; I guarantee you’ll learn a shed load of stuff and have a lot of fun!
